Return Window: You can initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions: To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Remain in the original packaging.

Please note that the following items are non-returnable:

  • Digital downloadable items.
  • Damaged or used items.
  • Custom designs or personalized prints without production damages.

Return Process: Initiate a return by using the contact form on our ‘Contact Us‘ page. We will provide instructions on the return shipment.

If the return is due to product issues, we cover return costs. For other cases, return expenses are the customer’s responsibility. Once received, we deduct the initial shipment cost and refund the remaining amount. A 20 Euro charge is applicable for personalized or custom-created posters.

Refunds: After inspecting the returned item, we’ll email you to confirm receipt and notify you of the refund approval or rejection. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 days.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us for exchanges using the contact form.

Late or Missing Refunds: Check your bank account and contact your credit card company. If needed, use the contact form to inquire about missing refunds.
